Ahhh! Today Napfa test..
My Napfa list where I start from :
1.) Sit-up
2.) Standing Board Jump
3.) Shuttle Run
4.) Inclined Pull Up
5.) Sit and Reach
Sit-up :
Suay man..
I got scolded from a teacher.
Mayb tt teacher siao liao.
I do ( A ) liao she still want me do more.
Waste energy lar.
I remembered Mr Loh said tt do until ( A ) then can stop liao.
But then, I think tt the teacher thought tt I only do until ( pass )
Not trying more.. Caz I still have a few seconds left while I stopped liao.
Hahas, at least I better than Si Yuan. =p
I did 31 times. x)

Ooo. this Section.. I like the most.

Shuttle Run :
Tested by Mr Loh. =) hees.
Dunno which lines to stand at the starting point.

Then Mr Loh personal showed me where to stand.
Ahh.. I wished to get ( A ) so I ran bare footed. =x
Ahh.. Pai seh man!
But, I ran 11.2 seconds.
Total : ( A ) 5 Points
Inclined Pull Up :
Ehhh.. I boiling madd at this section.
Mad at the teacher.
He more siao, said tt girls only do 15 and above then can get ( A ) liao.
Crazy larr. I checked the handbook need above 19 then can get ( A ).
( For 12 yrs old )
Then I do until 16 Inclined Pull Up.
He said, " Stop! Stop! Stop! ( A ) liao! "
I still have energy lehh.. wa lao.. so bad!
So, This section I did 16 Inclined Pull Up.
Total : ( B ) 4 Points
Sit and Reach :
This one arhh? Do until my backbone pain.
Stretched and Stretched..
Both legs pain.
But now ok le. =)
btw, I stretched to 40cm.
Total : ( B ) 4 Points
Altogether : 23 / 25 ( Points )

After tt, I wanna retest the Inclined Pull Up.
After Hui Ting, is my turn liao.
SUAY! Mdm Lim said tt those wanna retest go bck.
Caz time was running out.
Quite good to me.
Btw, Monday 1.6km run..
Aiming for getting ( A ).
